Is there a charge for my patients to use your mobile patient app?
Datascan Pharmacy Software is happy to offer our mobile patient application, MobileScripts, for free. There is zero cost to the pharmacy and zero cost to the patient. It is important to stay connected with your patients and help them build better medication adherence. Our pharmacy mobile app is a great way to put their mobile scripts right at their fingertips. The best pharmacy software systems offer robust, feature-packed patient applications that tie directly back into and communicate with the pharmacy software system.
Can clients look up their Rx number or see their profile history?
Yes. If your patients create a MobileScripts account, they can access their prescription profile and history right from the pharmacy software. For security, patients must authenticate their accounts. Once they have done so, they can log in and view refillable prescriptions, full prescription history, and Rx numbers.
What features can my patients access in the MobileScripts application?
MobileScripts is a robust pharmacy mobile app that provides patients with many convenient features. This includes prescription history and profile views, a payment feature for copays, 2-way chatting with the pharmacy, and the ability to view and print medication information. Patients can also update demographic information such as their address and phone number, request refills and new prescriptions, and much more! MobileScripts communicates directly with Winpharm, our pharmacy management system.
Can I control what my patients see in the app?
Yes. Pharmacies that offer MobileScripts can control the content and features available to their patients. For example, if you do not want your patients to make payments through the app, you can disable that feature. Some pharmacies opt out of the 2-way chat feature. MobileScripts also lets you customize the patient profile data that you display in the application from the pharmacy system. MobileScripts is customizable and allows every pharmacy the opportunity to offer this amazing service to its patients.
