It was really challenging to find pharmacy software that fit the needs of our compounding pharmacy. Unfortunately, we got pulled into the marketing machine of one of the big compounding software companies and initially went with them. We used them for about 8 months and it was a disaster. There is just so much to like. The compounding queues are especially useful for efficiency, so that everyone knows what work there is and what needs to be done next. We are just not a regular retail pharmacy and Winpharm is a great fit for us. 

The biggest drawback we had with our previous software company was lack of any understanding of the complete and complex needs of our compounding pharmacy. Datascan gets it.
